You have 30 days from receipt of your package to request an exchange of your item. Once your request has been accepted, you have 14 additional days to return your package with the transport voucher that will be provided to you (for the European Union only).

In case your return or your request would be made beyond these deadlines, G-Heat reserves the right to refuse your request or your package.
