How can I retract or be refunded if I don't like my product?Updated 5 months ago

If you are not satisfied with all or part of your order, you have the possibility to retract or exchange your item(s).

You have 14 days from the receipt of your parcel to indicate your right of retraction. Once your request is accepted, you have 14 additional days to return your parcel at your expense. G-heat will provide you with a transport voucher, a fixed amount of 7 euros will be deducted from your refund.

In the case that your return or request is made beyond these deadlines, G-Heat reserves the right to refuse your request or your package.

Please be advised that to be returned to us your item(s) must not have been worn and/or used and must be returned to us in their original box with the integrity of their packaging. Returns of washed and/or worn, dirty or smelling of tobacco, cooking, perspiration, etc... will be refused.
