What the warranty covers ?Updated a year ago

All our products are warranted for 12 months.

Are excluded from the warranty :  

• Damage caused by a non-conforming or abnormal use of our products
• Damage resulting from normal usury of our products
• Damage resulting from bad maintenance and storage of our products
• Damage resulting from a modification of our products
• Damage due to twisting, dropping or abnormal impact of our products
• Damage due to a cutting object
• Etc..

Warning: Any product returned outside of any after-sales service request or with a defect excluded from the warranty will not be considered. If this is the case, the product will be left at the customer's disposal and the return will be at the customer's exclusive expense.
